  1. Step 1, Repair cracks and surface defectsAny cracks and surface defects are repaired.
  2. Step 2, Prepare surface with grinding machincesThe surface is prepared with mechanical grinding machines.
  3. Step 3, mix components of FLEXMAR coating systemThe two components of the FLEXMAR coating system are mixed.
  4. Step 4, Roll pigmented FLEXMAR base coatA pigmented FLEXMAR base coat is rolled onto the concrete surface.
  5. Step 5, Apply a FLEXMAR clear coat to allow vinyl chips to be castA clear FLEXMAR bed coat is applied to receive the decorative vinyl chips. The bed coat wets and encapsulates the vinyl chips and bonds to the first coat.
  6. Step 6, Decorative vinyl chips are castThe decorative vinyl chips are immediately broadcast into the
    still-wet clear FLEXMAR coat.
  7. Step 7, Slip reduction finish coat of FLEXMAR clear is appliedA finish coat of FLEXMAR clear with a slip-reduction media can be applied if desired, and can withstand light foot traffic in as little as 1 ro 2 hours.
  8. Step 8, 2 to 4 hours floor is cured and returned to service.In 2 to 4 hours after the final coat is applied, the floor surface is completely cured and can be returned to service.
